Why is it hard for some to accept the success of someone!

Is it that some people CAN'T or they DON'T WANT TO recognize the talent in others and appreciate it! Is jealousy and egoism the way to accept the improvements and victory of others! Today if I get a very good result, they give that ignorant look and in case they get a good result, they can't bear people going against their result! Doesn't seem right to me! If that is so, what kind of world am I living in?! I prefer to remain victorious and not get influenced by what others think and I advice others to follow the same! No one should fear to be successful!
